There was an outing arranged at foxglove Spires to make the famous cup cakes. The afternoon came all to slowly for one princess who had been waiting all week for the event.
Eventually the time came......
Cup cakes were everywhere, icing so thick and sweet, and the smell of assorted lollies lingered in the air as the children gathered their aprons to put on before their grand creations could begin. Within moments the icing was being carefully applied by some older children, while the younger ones simply wanted just another taste test.
After the foundations of icing had been laid the crown of sweets were next. Some were decorated elaborately while others were simple yet beautiful, they were all wonderful creations of the children, their own masterpieces.
Then of course time for tea, and they were gone within minutes.
